Recent assignments include review of fixed asset recording procedures for a new entrant telco in Brazil, regulatory advice and LRIC costing for a major incumbent telco in Brazil, valuation of rights of way for a major South American utility, and mobile licensing policy for a Caribbean Public Utilities Commission.
