Meet SINTRA

SINTRA Consulting was formed in 2001 by Andrew Fyfe after a long career in the telecommunications operating company environment, venture capital and big four consulting on telecom issues. His network engineering and financial background are complemented by having had global responsibility for global services at a major British telecom company. The assignments for that company took Andrew to live in 9 countries in Africa, the Caribbean and South America as well as in the UK. After setting up and managing some new companies for a Mid-West venture capital firm he moved to a Big Four Consulting firm. There Andrew carried our consulting assignments around the world – firstly giving privatization and sector reform advice to governments in over 19 countries, and later on a wide range of corporate issues to operating companies. Assignments he has led include major multi country regulatory engagements lasting several years to shorter assignments for CEO’s, and CFO’s of major operating companies, as well as their regulatory affairs departments. SINTRA’s associates are also very experienced telecom executives and consultants drawn from the US, the UK and Latin America, principally.
